What we collect
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, SMS or the email form, we receive:
- Your name and contact details
- Details of your car, such as the chassis, registration or VIN
- Anything you choose to send us, including photos and file attachments
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, check your car is compatible, quote, book and carry out the work, and keep a record of the work done on your car.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
While you browse, it keeps the car, VIN and services you pick in your browser's session storage so they can go into your WhatsApp message. Nothing is sent to us until you send that message, and it is cleared when you close the tab.
The map on our home and contact pages only loads if you tap “Show map”. Google Maps may then set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
Who we share it with
Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp. Emails you send us are handled by your email provider and ours. If you tap “Show map”, Google Maps is loaded from Google.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
